The colourful event highlighted the importance of nurturing creativity and confidence among children from an early age.

Dipannita Jaiswal, Managing Director of DY365, attended the programme as the distinguished guest, while Nikke Keskinen, Founding Principal of Finland International Schools in India, was present as the chief guest. Several eminent personalities, including Rashmi Narzary, also graced the occasion.

Speaking on the occasion, Dipannita Jaiswal said, “Events like the Weaver Birds Carnival provide children with a valuable platform to express themselves. Encouraging creativity at a young age helps build confidence and shapes well-rounded individuals.”

The programme marked the seventh edition of the Tender Petals Weaver Birds Carnival. Children from seven branches of Tender Petals across the city participated in the event, showcasing their talents through a series of cultural performances.

Students enthralled the audience with lively dance and musical presentations. One of the highlights of the carnival was a soulful rendition of Mayabini, the popular song by renowned Assamese singer Zubeen Garg, sung by the young participants.

Organised annually, the Tender Petals Weaver Birds Carnival reflects the institution’s continued effort to nurture children during their formative years by offering them a creative platform to develop skills, confidence, and cultural awareness.
