The gang allegedly demanded a ransom of Rs 1 lakh from the teenagers, and when they refused, they were subjected to inhumane torture.The situation took a particularly disturbing turn when the miscreants forced the girl to strip naked and recorded her video. The perpetrators then blackmailed the family, threatening to upload the video on social media if the ransom was not paid.An initial payment of Rs 20,000 was made through phonepay, but the remaining amount was not forthcoming. Undeterred, the miscreants uploaded the video on social media, exposing the victims to public humiliation.The girl's guardians promptly approached the police and filed an FIR, leading to the arrest of three individuals so far.
