To ensure transparency and accountability, beneficiaries will receive digital receipts from e-POS machines, with mandatory finger verification, in exchange for rice. This move aims to streamline the distribution process and prevent leakages.

Under the Antyodaya Yojana, families will receive 35 kg of rice. The government has also set up a complaint redressal system, and beneficiaries can lodge complaints at 1800-345-3611 or 1967 if they do not receive government supplies.

These changes are expected to benefit millions of people across the state, providing them with essential food items at affordable prices. The government has urged fair price shop owners and customers to cooperate in implementing these initiatives, ensuring a smooth and successful rollout of the scheme.
