Following conclusive talks by its apex body, the TADCDC issued a statement on November 15 rallying all Aboriginal Tribal Organisations in the Tirap Tribal Belt, along with community leaders, scholars, and aware citizens, to join the movement.

The committee intends to mobilise 5,000 volunteers at the state capital to compel the government into action. The protest seeks to preserve the cultural heritage, customs, and prospects of tribal populations in the Tirap area, encompassing transferred zones in the Margherita subdivision of the Tinsukia district.

"We urge every organisation to support this vital struggle. Collective strength is crucial to secure our identity and secure our children's future," the appeal read.

A strategy session is scheduled for November 17 at 1 PM in the Namou Club Conference Hall, Kumchai Singpho Village, to coordinate the buildup.

Signed by TADCDC President Seng Gum Labram and General Secretary Pallav Shyam Wailung, the communication closed with the slogan: "No Autonomous, No Rest."
