The book launch programme was held at Hotel Vishwaratna and is being described as one of the city’s first events dedicated to structured MSME development and scheme-based funding guidance.

The program aims to close the information gap which prevents entrepreneurs from accessing formal financial systems which consist of banks and financial institutions and government programs. The book provides MSME owners with practical guidance on how to obtain credit and navigate policy advantages and develop their businesses in a sustainable manner.

The event was attended by ministers, industry representatives, financial sector officials and MSME entrepreneurs from different parts of the region. PVSLN Murthy, Chairman and Managing Director of NEDFI, attended as Chief Guest, while NABARD Chief General Manager Loken Das was also present. The dignitaries formally inaugurated the programme by lighting the ceremonial lamp and unveiling the book titled “MSME Loan Mastery.”

Addressing the gathering, CA Bijay Kr. Agarwal showed that MSMEs need to stop operating through survival methods and begin developing financial systems and strategies for their business growth. He emphasized that proper loan structuring together with disciplined documentation and government scheme implementation will create conditions for organizations to achieve stable operations.

The attendees said that the session provided them with practical skills they could use in real work situations. The programme created a networking opportunity which brought together entrepreneurs and bankers together with policymakers to hold business and finance discussions.

CA Agarwal revealed during the event that they will distribute more than 1,000 book copies to Guwahati business owners while they plan to publish local language editions for better regional audience reach.

The book serves as a reference guide which helps MSMEs understand their available funding options and policy incentives and structured growth approaches. The launch reflects Guwahati’s evolving role in regional business and financial awareness initiatives for the MSME sector in Northeast India.
