The grand opening of Border 2 clearly shows the huge craze for the Border franchise, as the first film is still remembered fondly by audiences.The film has released on 4,500 screens worldwide and enjoys the advantage of a solo release. With no major competition and a long weekend ahead, expectations from the film were already high.Strong start from bookingBorder2 got a solid push even before release. As per early trade reports, the film earned nearly ₹17 crore from bookings.
