Ranbir Kapoor and Sai Pallavi Starrer ‘Ramayana’ Plans Global Trailer Launch

Ranbir Kapoor and Sai Pallavi’s most-awaited mythological film Ramayana is set up for a big international moment. The makers are in talks to launch the film’s trailer at the famous San Diego Comic-Con in July. 

The movie stars Ranbir Kapoor, Sai Pallavi, and Yash. Director Nitesh Tiwari is making the film in two parts, with the first part set to release in 2026.

Ramayana: Trailer launch and global vision

According to reports, the team wants to launch the trailer at Comic-Con to give the film a global platform. They aim to present Ramayana not just as an Indian mythological story, but as a grand cinematic experience for audiences around the world.

Recently, the team held a focus-group screening in Los Angeles, and the response was very positive. Viewers appreciated the film’s scale, visuals, and overall grandeur. Because of this feedback, the makers are confident that the movie will connect with international audiences. There are also plans to screen the film at major film festivals before its release.

Ramayana: Cast, release date and plans

In the movie, Ranbir Kapoor plays Lord Rama, Sai Pallavi plays Sita, and Yash plays Ravana. Sunny Deol will be seen as Hanuman, while Ravie Dubey plays Laxman. The film also features Arun Govil, Kunal Kapoor, Adinath Kothare, Sheeba Chaddha, Indira Krishnan, Rakul Preet Singh, and Kajal Agarwala in important roles.

Ramayana will be released in two parts. The first part will hit theatres during Diwali 2026, and the second part is planned for release in 2027. With strong early reactions and big international plans, the makers are preparing the film as a grand cinematic event.
