He said she used a rope-like shawl she had brought with her.According to him, the CCTV showed she struggled for several minutes before the act was completed.“It was extremely painful to watch,” Agarwal was quoted as saying by Pratidin Time.“Exceptionally Dedicated Employee,” Says OwnerIn his comments to Pratidin Time, Agarwal described Ritumoni as “an exceptionally dedicated employee,” adding that she had once been honoured as the best performer in the office.“She was very hardworking and always professional,” he said.He further told Pratidin Time that her marriage was fixed for December 5, and that the office had already received the invitation card.“It is shocking to learn that she died by suicide at the office itself,” he added.Owner Claims She Had Mentioned Mild StressAgarwal also said—again quoted by Pratidin Time—that he had once asked Ritumoni if she was under pressure.
