The operation reportedly took place in the Kam region, where the launcher had been armed and positioned for immediate use.The IAF also said the strikes were aimed at weakening Iran’s defensive capabilities in the area. During a press briefing, IDF spokesperson Brigadier General Effie Defrin said that more than 20 sites were hit in the coordinated strikes.Among the locations targeted were two facilities in Isfahan where Iran is believed to store advanced Ghadr ballistic missiles.
