The records, part of an ongoing release of more than a million documents related to Epstein's federal investigation, detail deliveries to his luxurious residences in Manhattan, Palm Beach, Florida, and his notorious private island, Little Saint James in the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Among the most alarming items were sexual health products, including a Sonic prostate massager ordered in late 2018 and marketed for personal prostate care. In 2017, Epstein also bought Vagifirm pills, an herbal supplement promoted for enhancing vaginal tightness, lubrication, and libido.

The receipts further document purchases of girls' school uniforms from brands like Cherokee and Tommy Hilfiger, including pleated skirts, full dresses, and twill shorts, sent to his Upper East Side townhouse in New York City.

Epstein appeared to have a fascination with costumes symbolising power or confinement: he acquired a novelty prisoner outfit in 2018—less than a year before his 2019 arrest on sex-trafficking charges—an FBI-themed costume, Israeli Defense Forces combat pants, and sauna accessories. Formal attire, such as a tuxedo, was also ordered around that time.

Other orders included toddler toys and baby clothing—like rattles, building blocks, and stacking sets—delivered to his Manhattan property.

Surveillance equipment featured prominently, with at least nine pairs of binoculars purchased over the years, ranging from high-powered military-grade models exceeding $200 to standard versions, shipped to multiple properties.

Epstein's orders reflected a preference for sugary treats, with frequent purchases of items like Twinkies, chocolate bars, cookies, and other processed snacks.

Health-related buys pointed to personal concerns: a CPAP machine for sleep apnea in 2014, along with supplements for brain function, memory enhancement, and gut health.

His reading habits spanned eclectic and controversial topics. Epstein bought five copies of Filthy Rich: The Jeffrey Epstein Story, multiple biographies of filmmaker Woody Allen (a former associate), and works by Vladimir Nabokov, including Lolita. Other titles covered Swiss bank secrecy, immortality, Adolf Hitler, and tantric practices.

Epstein died in a Manhattan federal jail cell in August 2019 while awaiting trial on sex-trafficking charges; authorities officially ruled it a suicide.
