Rescue operations involving the National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) and local police reported two deaths each in Sarsaly and Jasbirgaon, and four in Dhar Gaon, Mechi. One fatality occurred near Mirik Lake in the Mirik Basti area, with two others reported missing.
