A case has been registered at Worli police station under Section 351 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita for criminal intimidation, along with other relevant provisions. Special attention is being given to crowded immersion routes, major transport hubs, and public gathering hotspots. Citizens are advised to remain calm, not to panic, and to avoid falling victim to rumours. Any suspicious activity must be reported immediately.Authorities also pointed out that similar bomb threat messages had been received by the traffic police in past, which were false.
