The programme is being conducted in multiple phases, covering key districts across Assam over several days.According to the schedule, the padayatra will begin on January 3 from Dhemaji, followed by Lakhimpur (Jan 4), Majuli (Jan 5), Jorhat (Jan 6), Sivasagar (Jan 7), Dibrugarh (Jan 8), and conclude at Tinsukia on January 9.During the campaign, the Youth Congress leaders and workers will directly engage with the public on pressing issues, including land protection, safeguarding indigenous identity, unemployment, and the defence of constitutional rights. Party leaders will also seek to mobilise youth participation and encourage dialogue on matters shaping Assam’s future.Preparations are already underway in Dhakuakhana for the January 4 leg of the padayatra. The day will start with a bike rally from Matmora embankment to the Mini Stadium, where Gaurav Gogoi will address party workers and supporters.
