In a formal letter to Tynsong, Sordar Peter J. Lawai expressed grave concern over the station's staff, accusing them of repeated delays in responding to incidents and dereliction of duty. Despite previous complaints, Lawai said, there has been no improvement in their conduct or effectiveness.

He highlighted that the officers' lack of discipline has undermined public confidence, fostering insecurity among locals and residents of surrounding villages.

The Dorbar urged the appointment of competent, dedicated personnel committed to integrity and community safety. A copy of the letter was also sent to the Director General of Police, Idashisha Nongrang.
