Bhattacharyya, an emerging sculptor and a huge fan of Garg's music, had always dreamt of creating a statue of the musician. Although he had approached Garg during his lifetime, the project didn't materialize then. Undeterred, Bhattacharyya decided to create the statue on his own, using his own funds.

The statue, which stands at an impressive three feet tall, shows Bhattacharyya's skill and dedication. While there have been other statues of Garg built in various parts of the state, this one stands out for its incredible likeness to the musician.
Garg's family and close friends have already seen the statue and have praised Bhattacharyya for his outstanding work. The statue is expected to be completed soon, and it will be unveiled on Garg's upcoming birthday.

The people of Assam are eagerly waiting for the statue's completion, and it's sure to become a major attraction in the city. Bhattacharyya's tribute to Garg is a fitting one, and it will ensure that the musician's legacy lives on forever.
